And yet — the gap between what the framework intends and what many clients actually experience remains frustratingly persistent.
That's the conversation I want to have here. Not to undermine what's been built. But to be honest about the distance that remains, and practical about what closing it actually requires at the ground level.
This isn't a newsletter about motivation. It's about standard — what it actually looks like to operate at the level this industry needs, and that your clients deserve.
