Why we started
The X Tribe
X Tribe began when we realised the industry had three big gaps:
FCs were under-coached, managers lacked the support to lead well, and clients weren’t receiving the standard of care they deserved.
In EXO, we spent years experimenting — building community learning, refining our systems, and creating tools that genuinely helped our people grow. Those efforts paid off. Our team became one of the fastest-growing agencies in both size and production within a leading FA firm in Singapore, and soon, peers and fellow leaders started asking how we did it.
So The X Tribe became the natural next step — taking what worked for us, and offering it to the wider industry so more advisors, leaders, and clients can benefit.
And in doing so, we hope to raise the bar for the very industry that raised us.
